Experience:
Minimum 5 Years Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and verify client bills, contractor bills, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
• Interpret civil drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Perform rate analysis, cost estimation, and quantity calculations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for measurements and bill certification.
• Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and project cost reports.
• Support project cost control, audits, and timely bill submission. Required Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction billing, preferably in infrastructure and government projects.
• Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
