What You’ll Be Doing:
• Welcome patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
• Manage registration, appointment scheduling, basic billing, and payment records.
• Guide patients through consultation, diagnostic, and optical areas.
• Coordinate closely with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Assist with basic patient support,
including eye drop instillation when needed. What We’re Looking For:

Education:
Graduate degree in any discipline.
•
Experience:
1+ years of experience in front office, reception, billing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
•
Skills:
