PAN India / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementations in India and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience across multiple HCM modules and have a thorough understanding of Indian payroll, statutory compliance, and HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in SAP HCM implementation, rollout, and support projects. Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and prepare functional specifications. Configure and support SAP HCM modules based on business needs. Participate in data migration, testing, user training, and go-live activities. Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams. Resolve production issues and provide post-go-live support. Support transformation initiatives involving migration to SAP S/4HANA. Required SAP HCM Expertise Strong Hands-on Experience In Most Of The Following Modules Organizational Management (OM) Personnel Administration (PA) Time Management (TM) Payroll (India Payroll) Personnel Development (PD) Recruitment Training & Event Management Employee Self-Service (ESS) Manager Self-Service (MSS) Benefits Administration Travel Management SuccessFactors Integration (Preferred) SAP S/4HANA Requirements Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions. Understanding Of HCM Integration With Finance (FI) Controlling (CO) SuccessFactors SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)



SAP Fiori Applications Knowledge of SAP HCM compatibility pack and hybrid SAP landscapes. Indian Payroll & Compliance Strong Expertise In PF (Provident Fund) ESI Professional Tax Labour Welfare Fund Income Tax & TDS Gratuity Bonus Processing Full & Final Settlement Statutory Reporting and Compliance Required Skills 7-8 years of SAP HCM consulting experience. Minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS), test scripts, and training materials. Preferred Qualifications SAP HCM Certification and/or SAP SuccessFactors Certification. Experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Pharma, or Process Industries. Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, HR, Business Administration, or related discipline. Key Hiring Criteria: Candidate must have extensive experience in Indian Payroll, end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, and working knowledge of multiple HCM modules in an SAP S/4HANA setting.
