Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Supervisor role based in Chennai. The Structural Supervisor will oversee structural construction and installation activities for EPCC projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising site crews, coordinating with project engineers and other discipline leads, monitoring work progress, and resolving technical or operational issues on the ground. The role involves reviewing structural drawings and method statements, planning material and equipment requirements, conducting inspections,



and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Structural Supervisor will also support HSE initiatives, participate in toolbox talks, and contribute to continuous improvement in site productivity and quality. Qualifications
• Solid structural supervision and site management skills, including experience overseeing steel and concrete works and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings, standards, and specifications, with the ability to identify discrepancies and propose practical solutions.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, EPCC project workflows, and relevant industry codes and regulations for petroleum, oil and gas, or marine projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality control and HSE practices, including conducting inspections, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide crews, collaborate with engineering and project management, and maintain professional client interactions.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities, including daily progress tracking, resource planning, and documentation of site activities.
• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in structural supervision on industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on EPCC projects in petroleum, oil and gas, offshore-onshore, or marine environments is highly beneficial.
