Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand roles and define hiring strategies
• Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
• Maintain structured pipelines and track progress using ATS, dashboards,



and data insights What We’re Looking For:
• 5-8 years of proven experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Preference will be given to women candidates for this role.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
