Role Description The Senior Cluster Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Lakhimpur Kheri district. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple branches within the cluster, ensuring achievement of business targets, portfolio quality, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Cluster Manager will monitor branch performance, guide field teams, and support staff in delivering customer-centric financial services. Daily responsibilities include planning and reviewing sales and collection activities, analyzing operational data, and implementing strategies to drive growth while maintaining credit discipline.



The role also involves mentoring and developing team members, coordinating with regional leadership, and representing the organization in local markets and community engagements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising field and branch staff across multiple locations.
• Candidates should possess skills in sales planning, business development, and target achievement within financial services or microfinance environments.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in portfolio management, risk assessment, and maintaining high-quality credit and collection performance.
• Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with customers, communities, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess operational and analytical skills, including comfort with MIS, basic financial analysis, and use of digital tools or mobile applications.
• Relevant experience in microfinance, banking, NBFCs, or rural finance, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role, will be beneficial.
• A graduate degree in any discipline is required; a postgraduate degree in management, finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in office in Lakhimpur Kheri district, travel within the cluster as needed, and communicate in local languages along with English or Hindi is preferred.
