Role Description The Patient Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for supporting patients throughout their care journey at Fix Health. This role involves coordinating appointments, managing patient communication, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to follow-up visits. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, confirming schedules, updating patient records, and collaborating with physiotherapists and other team members to align care plans. The Patient Care Coordinator will also provide clear explanations of services, assist patients with basic administrative and care-related queries, and help resolve issues promptly and professionally. The role requires strong organization, empathy,



and attention to detail to maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications
