About the job We are looking for a Client Service Associate to manage client communication, handle inbound calls and resolve escalations. You will be bridging the gap between legal team and our clients. This role is based in Bengaluru, requires proficiency in speaking fluent Hindi and the ability to address client concerns professionally while ensuring timely resolution of client queries and ensuring client satisfaction. Your day-to-day will involve
• Ensuring timely updates are provided to the clients on the status of the initiated cases
• Managing inbound calls from clients with a proactive approach
• Addressing and resolving any concerns, queries or challenges faced by our clients and legal team regarding ongoing Maharashtra and Gujarat cases
• Handling escalations calmly and professionally
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Following up with clients over email and phone call to secure necessary documents required for processing of cases We are looking for someone who




• Has an excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Has strong command over spoken Hindi to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, proficiency in Marathi or Gujarati is an added advantage
• Has the ability to draft and respond to emails in a concise and explicit manner
• Has the ability to handle client concerns and queries efficiently, providing quick and effective solutions
• Has 6 months
- 2 years of experience in inbound voice process
• Loves working with software tools and google sheets Kindly take a note of below things before you apply
