- International CPS is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with international affiliate partners, ensuring delivery against Cost Per Sale (CPS) targets, and optimizing campaign performance across multiple markets. The Affiliate Manager will onboard new affiliates, negotiate commercial terms, monitor traffic quality, and work closely with internal teams to align offers, creatives, and tracking. The role includes analyzing performance data, preparing regular reports, troubleshooting tracking or delivery issues,



and coordinating with sales and online marketing teams to support client objectives. The Affiliate Manager will also contribute to growth strategies, identify new opportunities within existing and new markets, and ensure a high standard of communication and service for partners and advertisers. Qualifications
• Proficiency in affiliate and account management, with experience overseeing CPS or performance-based campaigns and managing partner relationships.
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in sales and negotiation, with the ability to secure favorable terms, grow partner revenue, and meet performance targets.
• Knowledge of online marketing, including performance marketing concepts, tracking tools, optimization strategies, and digital campaign metrics.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret performance reports, and make informed recommendations for optimization and scaling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort working in an international environment, with an understanding of cultural differences and global market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing or affiliate management.
