The Opportunity: Most financial content online is either dull or untrustworthy. Your job is to help us be neither — building the ideas, words, and formats that make sound financial advice genuinely worth stopping to read or watch. This is a hands-on brand-building role, not a “post and hope” job. We're a small firm, which means everything you create has to earn attention on its own merit — and is built to compound, whether that's an article that ranks in search six months from now or a founder LinkedIn post that starts a real conversation. You'll be building the machinery, not just feeding it. Work Profile: Content Strategy & Creation
• Build a bank of hooks and story angles for short-form video and written content, grounded in what's proven to work in financial content elsewhere.
• Draft scripts, carousels, and posts that turn dense financial ideas into something investors want to engage with.
• Own and maintain a content calendar where every piece ties back to a purpose, not just a posting slot. Audience Intelligence
• Build personas that go beyond demographics — how and what type of content our target audience consumes, what stops their scroll, what earns their trust.
• Map every piece of content to a stage of the funnel — awareness, consideration, decision, conversion, etc. Channel & Format Exploration
• Research what's resonating in personal-finance communities and conversations online.
• Pressure-test what a long-form video or podcast series could look like for the brand — from topic list to a scripted pilot episode. Brand Presence
• Support the founder's personal brand and public voice.
• Deliver well-researched, ready-to-review post drafts. Campaign & Event Support
• Build presentation decks, handouts, and recap content for roadshows and outreach events.
• Turn live audience questions into future content and FAQ material.
Qualifications:
• 0–2 years of experience in content, marketing, or brand roles (or a strong internship/personal-project track record) – A portfolio of work you've created matters more than years on a resume.
• A robust feel for language, storytelling, or design; no finance background required. You should be someone who creates and consumes content yourself and has real opinions about what makes it good.
•
• Bachelor’s degree with specialisation in Marketing.
