Role Description The Plant Head is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Gajraula, responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and managing production planning to meet delivery timelines. The role involves coordinating with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and safety teams to maintain smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Plant Head will monitor budgets and cost control, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a diverse workforce through effective communication, performance management, and training. This position requires strategic planning, hands-on operational oversight, and close collaboration with senior management to achieve plant performance targets.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Operations and Production Management to oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure efficient workflow.
• Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning and Budgeting to manage capacity, schedules, and cost control effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid expertise in Quality Control to maintain product standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess leadership, team management, and people development skills to guide cross-functional teams and build a high-performance culture.
• Candidates should possess robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to address operational issues and optimize processes.
• Candidates should possess positive communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal departments and senior leadership.
• Relevant experience as a Plant Head or in senior plant/production management within manufacturing, preferably in automotive components, rubber, or similar industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, or related field; advanced qualifications in operations or management are an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and modern manufacturing practices such as Lean, 5S, or TPM is beneficial.
