About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who combines user empathy, problem-solving, and strong design skills to create intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate thinks beyond screens, understands user needs, and translates complex problems into easy, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand user problems, business requirements, and product goals before designing solutions.
• Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs using user feedback, product data, and usability insights.
• Maintain design consistency through reusable components and design systems.

Requirements:




• 1–4 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Understanding of user research, interaction design, usability, and responsive design.
• Ability to leverage AI tools effectively to speed up workflows, explore design solutions, and improve efficiency without compromising design quality.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain design decisions and take ownership from problem discovery to implementation.
