Arch Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager
- Architecture to lead architectural design and delivery for large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working with established architectural design firms, strong technical expertise and the ability to independently manage projects while ensuring effective coordination with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design development and delivery for large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Independently manage architectural projects, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy and timely delivery.
• Review and oversee architectural drawings, design development and technical documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide design direction, technical guidance and leadership to project teams.
• Ensure coordination of architectural designs with structural, MEP and other specialist disciplines.




• Identify and resolve design and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable standards and design specifications.
• Utilise architectural software and BIM tools to support design development, coordination and project delivery. Candidate Profile

Arch from a recognised university.
• 7-10 years of relevant skilled experience, preferably with established architectural design firms.
• Proven experience working on large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM and other relevant architectural software.
• Strong architectural design, technical and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage project teams effectively.
• Ability to independently handle projects and take ownership of design deliverables.
• Candidates with relevant experience in large-scale architectural projects are encouraged to apply.
