We’re growing our creative team and looking for a talented Video Editor with hands-on Reel editing experience who loves storytelling, creativity, and creating engaging digital content. Role Description Made on Design is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing, particularly Instagram Reels and other short-form social media content. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, high-quality videos that align with client requirements and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Create engaging videos using appropriate cuts, transitions, effects, music, captions, and sound design.
• Perform basic colour correction, audio synchronisation, and visual enhancement.
• Convert raw footage and creative briefs into polished video content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and the creative team to develop engaging visual content.




• Adapt videos to different platform specifications, aspect ratios, and formats.
• Stay updated on social media trends, popular Reel formats, and emerging editing techniques.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions from the team and clients.
• Organise project files and maintain source files and final exports.
• Ensure all video deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in video editing.
• Hands-on experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing tools.
• Positive understanding of transitions, colour grading, audio synchronisation, captions, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging, trend-driven content for social media.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
