The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, strategic talent mapping, and proactive headhunting to build solid talent pipelines that support Foodstories’ growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Talent Mapping & Market Research: Map talent across relevant industries and competitor organisations to identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Headhunting & Direct Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
• End-to-End Recruitment:



Manage hiring from requirement briefing and sourcing to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain databases of qualified candidates for critical, niche, and recurring roles.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities, provide market insights, and recommend effective sourcing strategies.
• Recruitment Analytics: Track hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
• Employer Branding: Strengthen Foodstories’ employer presence through professional networks, recruitment initiatives, and candidate engagement. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
• Strong hands-on experience in talent mapping, headhunting, and passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, F&B;, QSR, FMCG, or Consumer businesses preferred.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, ATS platforms, and Excel.
• Strong research, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
