Role Description The Social Media Manager/Content Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for managing brand presence across social media platforms, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content in line with campaign goals and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing and editing posts, optimizing content for engagement, monitoring performance analytics, and adjusting strategies based on insights. The specialist will interact with online communities by responding to comments and messages, coordinating with internal teams for design and campaign assets,



and staying current with social media trends and platform updates. The role also involves collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure consistent brand messaging and the effective execution of digital initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in content strategy and campaign planning aligned with brand objectives.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to refine content and posting strategies.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and social media management tools is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
