The role combines core accounting with audit, taxation, regulatory compliance and advisory work, including exposure to international clients, giving you a well-rounded foundation for corporate, advisory or entrepreneurial roles.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
• Supporting bookkeeping and month-end closing for corporate clients, ensuring accurate ledgers
• Performing bank reconciliations, provisions and accruals, and ledger scrutiny Audit & Internal Controls
• Assisting in statutory audits and reviews through SANG & Co
• Supporting internal audits, internal financial controls (IFC) and SOX/ITGC testing for GCCs and foreign-owned companies
• Reviewing client financials,



controls and schedules to prepare them for external audits Direct & Indirect Taxation
• Handling GST compliance, reconciliations (GSTR-2B) and advisory
• Managing TDS compliance (including Forms 24Q/26Q) and supporting tax planning
• Assisting in drafting replies for income tax and GST assessments, appeals and litigation Corporate & Labour Law Compliance
• Assisting with Companies Act compliance (for example, DPT-3 and ROC filings) and FEMA filings for foreign-owned clients
• Supporting EPFO compliance and payroll advisory Advisory
• Helping clients build systems and SOPs that support growth and close control gaps Qualifications & Eligibility
• Both groups of CA Intermediate cleared (transfer cases accepted)
• Strong grasp of Accounting Standards, direct and indirect tax provisions, and corporate laws
• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis) and Tally Prime / ERP 9; familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero is a plus
• Solid analytical, drafting and communication skills for client interaction
