About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment & HR Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial telephone/video screening interviews
• Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds
• Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and maintain candidate pipelines
• Manage candidate communication and interview follow-ups
• Support offer letters, appointment letters, documentation, and pre-joining formalities
• Coordinate onboarding for employees and interns, including IT/asset requirements




• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
• Track open positions, interviews, offers, joining status, and basic recruitment metrics
• Support campus hiring, employer branding, and general HR activities What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/HRIS, MS Office, and Excel
• Robust English communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
