Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Project Manager who can drive end-to-end program delivery across complex transformation engagements. The role demands a strong blend of techno-functional expertise and program governance capabilities, with hands-on experience in managing Greenfield and Brownfield S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
• Lead end-to-end execution of SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, Landscape Transformation).
• Own project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs, ensuring alignment with organizational and client priorities. Governance & Stakeholder Management
• Establish robust Program Governance frameworks and reporting structures.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and provide timely, accurate program updates.
• Drive decision-making through structured communication and escalation management. Planning & Financial Management
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
• Apply effort estimation models and pricing strategies to support pre-sales and delivery.
• Monitor project financials, ensuring adherence to budgets and profitability targets. Risk & Quality Management
• Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure adherence to Mindsprint’s quality frameworks and delivery standards.
• Track and manage triple constraints – scope, schedule, and cost. Transition & Closure
• Manage smooth transition from project delivery to AMS/support teams.




• Ensure structured project closure, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Technical & Team Leadership
• Act as a Techno-Managerial leader, providing guidance across SAP modules when required.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Drive team development by aligning career aspirations with project opportunities. Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to multiple core modules (e.g., FICO, MM, PP, SD).
• Minimum 5+ years in Project/Program Management for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven experience in Greenfield & Brownfield implementations.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Project planning & estimation techniques
• Financial management & pricing models
• Risk management frameworks
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• MS Project, SAP Project Systems, Primavera, MS Office Suite Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced workplace.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and self-drive. Certifications (Mandatory & Preferred)
• SAP S/4HANA Certification – Mandatory
• PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner – Mandatory
