- Stipend: To be discussed during the selection process About Seher Founded in 1994 by Sanjeev Bhargava, Seher has been reimagining how India experiences culture. From the Udaipur World Music Festival and ASEAN–India Music and Artists’ Camps to the Jaipur Jazz & Blues Festival, Bhakti Utsav and Ananya Dance Festival, Seher has spent three decades bringing music, dance, theatre and visual art out of closed auditoriums and into public spaces and heritage monuments, making art accessible to everyone. Through collaborations with ministries, international artists and iconic cultural institutions, we create experiences that bring communities closer through creativity.

About the Role
We are looking for a Creative & Curation Intern to join our team and contribute to the ideation, conceptualisation and development of cultural projects and programmes. The role offers an chance to work at the intersection of creativity, culture and execution, supporting ideas as they evolve into proposals and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the ideation and conceptualisation of cultural projects, events and programmes.
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations and pitch decks.




- Support research and curation for projects across music, dance, theatre and visual arts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project development and execution.
- Assist with networking and communication with artists, collaborators and cultural institutions.
- Support the preparation of project-related documents, presentations and other materials as required. Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong presentation design and deck-building skills.
- Good proposal-writing and research skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An understanding of PR, stakeholder communication and professional networking.
- A collaborative mindset, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
- An interest in arts, culture and creative programming. Qualifications Graduation / Master's degree / PG Diploma in any relevant discipline.
