About OffcomfrtMost of us have worked inside the system corporate India runs on — layers of approval, and the quiet understanding that you are a resource before you are a person. Offcomfrt started from a disagreement with that. We are building a company where everyone is treated the same, owns their work, and does not need permission to do it well. You will build our creator engine — finding the right people, getting them on board, briefing them well and making sure the content lands. Equal parts relationship-building and disciplined follow-up. What You Will Do
• Source and shortlist creators who fit the brand, and maintain the creator database.
• Run outreach end to end — first message, negotiation, briefing and follow-up.
• Manage barter and seeding campaigns alongside paid collaborations.
• Track deliverables, go-live dates and content collection so nothing slips.
• Measure reach, engagement, clicks and code redemptions.
• Build lasting relationships with creators who perform. What We Are Looking For

• Robust written and spoken communication — you represent the brand in every creator conversation.
• Familiarity with the Indian creator landscape on Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong follow-up discipline and comfort working with trackers and spreadsheets.
• The confidence to evaluate and decline collaborations that are not a good fit. How We HireOur hiring process is designed to assess relevant skills and fit for the role. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a brief, role-relevant assessment or discussion as part of the selection process. Any assessment will be clearly explained in advance and will be used solely for evaluating the candidate's suitability for the role. Candidates will not be asked to complete unpaid production work that directly contributes to ongoing business operations.
