Role Description The Management Representative (ISO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating ISO management system implementation projects, supporting clients in establishing, maintaining, and improving their quality, environmental, and other ISO-based systems. Day-to-day activities include planning and conducting internal audits, monitoring corrective and preventive actions, preparing documentation and records, and ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements. The Management Representative will collaborate with consulting teams, guide client personnel on process improvements,



and assist in managing certification body interactions and audit schedules. The role also involves providing ISO-related training, supporting client service activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the consulting practice. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess system performance, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support clients, address queries, and build long-term professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to prepare explicit documentation, interact with stakeholders, and present audit findings and recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver ISO awareness sessions, conduct workshops, and guide client teams in implementing standards and tools.
• Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Sales skills to support business development activities, participate in client meetings, and contribute to proposal preparation.
• Relevant experience in ISO management system implementation, internal auditing, or quality management in consulting or industry settings.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with other standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 27001 is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related discipline
