Role Description The Occupational Therapist will work full time in office at HEAL Multi-rehab Services in Chennai, providing hands-on assessment and intervention for individuals with physical, cognitive, and developmental challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and regularly communicating progress and strategies to patients, caregivers, and other professionals.



The Occupational Therapist will also participate in case reviews, contribute to treatment planning for pediatric clients and support patient education to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles to support integrated, holistic care.
• Effective Communication skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children with developmental, sensory, or learning needs.
• Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and relevant professional registration or licensure as required.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, manage caseloads responsibly, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting is an advantage.
