About the Role
• As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and premium experience at the studio. The role involves managing front-desk operations, handling client enquiries, scheduling sessions, supporting sales and conversions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination. Who We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or client coordination, preferably in a Pilates or premium fitness studio.
• Prior calling and sales experience is a must.




• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to convert enquiries into memberships.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable using CRM software, booking systems, and basic computer applications.
• Presentable, approachable, and aligned with the premium service standards of BASI Pilates.
