Graphic Designer – Brand, Packaging & Digital Design Mumbai | Full-time | 2–4 years About Alpha Male Alpha Male is one of India's first premium, science-backed men's wellness brands. We sell direct-to-consumer, and our brand is built on trust, discretion, education and a premium experience. We're a young, fast-growing team based in Mumbai.

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own the look of Alpha Male across packaging, print, website visuals, social media and marketing material. You will keep every touchpoint premium and on-brand, create in-house designs, prepare print-ready files and review creatives from our agency partner. You will work closely with leadership, the performance marketing team, the social media team and our video editor. WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. Brand Guardianship
• Apply the Alpha Male brand guidelines (logo, navy and silver palette, typography) across every design
• Build and maintain brand templates: social posts, ad formats, presentations, documents and email layouts
• Review static creatives from our agency partner for brand consistency before they go live 2. Packaging & Print
• Design and update product packaging: pouches, boxes, labels, inserts, shipper boxes, courier bags and packing tape
• Prepare print-ready artwork (CMYK, bleed, dielines, finishes)
• Coordinate proofs and colour checks with printers and packaging vendors
• Design brochures, product booklets, catalogues, visiting cards, standees and event material 3. Digital & Marketing Design
• Create ad creatives and social media posts, carousels and stories (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)




• Design website banners, landing page visuals, product images and infographics
• Design email and WhatsApp campaign creatives
• Create campaign visuals for launches, offers and festive sales
• Design marketplace listing images and A+ content when required 4. Planning & Coordination
• Manage a design request tracker with priorities and deadlines
• Take explicit briefs from the marketing team and deliver on time
• Organise all source files and assets in the company's shared drive with clear naming and versions REQUIREMENTS
• 2–4 years of graphic design experience for a brand or agency
• Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; working knowledge of Figma
• A portfolio with packaging and print work that went to production, plus digital creatives
• Strong typography, layout and colour sense, with a premium, minimal style
• Understanding of dielines, CMYK, bleed and print finishes
• Organised, fast and able to handle multiple requests GOOD TO HAVE
• Experience with luxury, wellness or personal-care brands
• 3D mock-ups or basic motion graphics (After Effects)
• Marketplace listing and A+ content design
