Role Description The Hiring Centre Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurla, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the hiring center and ensuring efficient execution of recruitment and staffing activities. This role includes planning and managing end-to-end hiring workflows, coordinating with corporate clients and internal stakeholders, and monitoring service quality and candidate experience. The Hiring Centre Manager will supervise the center team, allocate tasks, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements to meet hiring targets.



The role also involves organizing and supporting training and onboarding initiatives for candidates, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting, and ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance requirements. Qualifications
• Strong hiring and recruiting skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and meeting volume or targeted hiring goals.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates, clients, and internal teams, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Proven focus on service quality, with experience in monitoring service standards, candidate satisfaction, and process efficiency.
• Experience in training or coordinating training programs for candidates or team members, including onboarding and skill development initiatives.
• Prior experience managing or supervising a recruitment or hiring center, staffing agency, or HR operations team is highly beneficial.
• Robust organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Comfort with using recruitment platforms, HR management tools, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, databases).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment operations.
