We blend data-driven insight with sharp storytelling, and design sits at the heart of everything we ship. The role This is a full-time, on-site role in Andheri West, Mumbai. You'll be the visual engine behind multiple brands
- turning ideas into content people stop, watch, and share. And you won't just execute briefs; you'll help shape the thinking behind them.
What you'll do
• Design scroll-stopping social media creatives
- static posts, carousels, story and reel covers
- across a range of brands
• Create high-impact YouTube thumbnails and content assets built to drive clicks and watch-time
• Build polished pitch decks, brand decks, and campaign presentations that win the room
• Develop brand identities
- logos, typography systems, colour, and branding collateral
• Own the visual language of the brands you handle,
keeping it consistent across every platform
• Contribute to creative strategy and campaign ideation
- bring concepts to the table, not just finished files
• Partner with the content, social, and strategy teams to take work from brief to final asset
• Adapt and resize designs across formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, decks, print) and keep design templates and libraries organised You'll thrive here if you have
• 1–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-moving brand environment
• A strong portfolio showing social media design, branding, and a sharp sense of layout and typography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma and Canva a plus
• A genuine eye for detail — typography, spacing, colour, hierarchy
• The ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping quality
• Bonus: basic motion design (After Effects / reel editing) or experience with digital/performance marketing design The essentials
