About the Role
As a Sales Onboarding Specialist, you’ll call clients, explain how our service can help them, and guide them through signing up and getting started. For every client you onboard who makes a payment, you earn a percentage of that payment. This is a commission-based role: there is no fixed salary, and your earnings depend on the clients you onboard. The more you onboard, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities
Call leads and prospective clients Explain our product, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently Guide clients through sign-up, documentation,



and first payment Handle questions and objections professionally Follow up with interested clients until they complete onboarding Log calls and client status in our CRM/tracking sheet Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth handover after onboarding Requirements Solid spoken English and Hindi Confident, persuasive, and polite phone manner Comfortable making a high volume of calls Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection Basic computer skills and a reliable phone and internet connection Prior sales or telecalling experience is a plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome
