Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and manage client relationships across key segments in Educational segment,government bodies, and sports academies. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and coordinating with internal project and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs. The role also involves executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand promotion activities, collecting market intelligence,



and tracking performance metrics to help grow Nexgen Sports Infra’s presence. The specialist may also assist in training partners or internal staff on product features and value propositions to ensure consistent communication in the market. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide clear, professional support.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive lead generation, close deals, and manage pipelines effectively.
• Ability to deliver Training related to products, services, and solutions for clients, partners, or internal teams.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, including basic digital and offline marketing tactics, to support campaigns and brand visibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Btech Civil, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in B2B sales, infrastructure projects, or sports-related industries is an advantage.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel locally as required.
