Comet Healthcare Solutions is a Navi Mumbai–based healthcare marketing agency helping doctors, clinics and hospitals across India grow their online presence. Role DescriptionWe’re hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to convert hair transplant leads into confirmed procedures for a leading hair transplant clinic we partner with. Our marketing team will generate the leads; your job is to engage, counsel and close them.
Key Responsibilities
• Call and follow up with inbound hair transplant leads quickly, via phone and WhatsApp
• Understand each patient’s concerns, expectations and budget
• Explain the procedure, process, costs and payment/EMI options clearly and honestly
• Book consultations and ensure patients show up
• Follow up consistently until the patient makes a decision
• Close leads into confirmed hair transplant procedures and meet monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of every lead, call and outcome in the CRM/tracker
• Share feedback on lead quality with the marketing team to improve campaigns
• Coordinate with the clinic team on scheduling, patient queries and handovers Qualifications
• 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, cosmetic/aesthetic treatments, hair transplant, IVF, or other high-ticket consumer services
• Proven track record of closing leads and meeting targets
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
• Comfortable handling objections around price, pain, results and recovery
• Ethical approach: counsels patients honestly and never makes false promises about results
• Organized, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable using a CRM or Google Sheets
• Graduate in any discipline
