Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Dera Bassi, responsible for overseeing the daily security operations of the hotel or resort. This role includes supervising security staff, assigning duties, and ensuring that all security procedures are followed to protect guests, team members, property, and assets. The Security Supervisor monitors entry and exit points, reviews CCTV footage, conducts regular patrols, and coordinates responses to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns. The position involves working closely with the operations and front office teams to support guest safety, manage crowd control, and maintain a visible security presence.



The Security Supervisor prepares incident reports, maintains security documentation, and supports training and development of security personnel to uphold safety standards and compliance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess physical security skills such as access control, surveillance monitoring, patrolling, and incident response.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with other departments, and get possess customer service skills to handle guest inquiries calmly, manage sensitive situations, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Candidates should possess operations management skills related to security scheduling, procedure implementation, and compliance with safety policies.
• Relevant experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality security is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic safety regulations, emergency procedures, and first aid is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional security or safety certifications are beneficial. Salary range
