About the role
As a Lead Designer at SRV Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision and execution of design projects across digital, print, branding, and motion graphics. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, delivering visually compelling solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through impactful design work. Beyond execution, your role will emphasize guiding and mentoring the design team, fostering innovation, and integrating AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
● Creative Direction and Execution : Lead the ideation, design, and delivery of high
- quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and print. ● Design Quality and Consistency : Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, review deliverables, and maintain excellence across all client-facing outputs. ● Innovation and AI-Driven Creativity : Continuously explore new design trends, experiment with AI-based tools for ideation, prototyping, and asset generation, and apply them to elevate storytelling and productivity. ● Team Leadership and Mentoring : Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented creative team. ● Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : Partner with marketing, content, and business teams to translate briefs into compelling design strategies.



Present creative concepts to clients and ensure alignment with objectives. ● Project and Workflow Management : Oversee design workflows, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. ● Market and Competitor Research : Monitor design innovations and industry best practices, leveraging AI and trend insights to keep SRV Media ahead of the curve. Requirements Experience ● 4+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. ● Preferably, experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment. Skills
- ● Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway). ● Robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across digital campaigns, branding, and motion design. ● In-depth knowledge of typography, layout principles, and color theory. ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch and explain creative ideas.
