Role Overview As an OpenText Consultant, you will contribute to the implementation, integration, configuration and ongoing support of enterprise document management solutions within an HR IT landscape. You will work closely with HR technology teams, application specialists, business stakeholders and external technology partners to ensure seamless integration between OpenText, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. The role combines platform configuration, technical support, system maintenance, enterprise integration, information security and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to work with complex business processes and enterprise technology environments while expanding your expertise in content management and SAP-integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
OpenText Implementation & Configuration




• Support implementation and enhancement of OpenText solutions for enterprise HR document management.
• Configure document workflows, metadata, user permissions and document lifecycle processes.
• Support integrations between OpenText, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Ensure configurations align with business requirements, operational needs and platform standards.
• Contribute to the reliability and continuous improvement of enterprise content management solutions. Technical Support & Platform Maintenance
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for OpenText applications.
• Investigate and resolve configuration, integration and application issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate technical resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Support system updates, patches, upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain system stability, performance and operational continuity. Integration, Security & Compliance
• Support integration with SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Work with APIs and integration middleware technologies as required.
• Maintain appropriate document security, permissions and access controls.
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant information security and data protection requirements, including GDPR.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to maintain secure, reliable integrations. Documentation & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides and support procedures.
• Develop user guidance and training materials.
• Assist business users with technical queries and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with HR IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to enhance usability, system performance and operational efficiency. Must-Have Skills
• 6–8 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years in OpenText implementation, configuration and technical support.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM or comparable OpenText modules.
• Strong understanding of enterprise content and document management processes.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, particularly HR document management integration.
• Experience configuring workflows, metadata, document permissions and lifecycle management.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and application support capabilities.
• Understanding of access control, data security and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Good English communication and documentation skills. Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with SAP CPI, Boomi,



REST APIs or other enterprise integration middleware.
• OpenText or SAP-related professional certifications.
• Exposure to cloud-based document management solutions.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and associated compliance requirements.
