Role Description As a Co-Founder at The404found, you will work full time in a hybrid capacity, primarily based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the business strategy, overseeing core operations, and driving growth initiatives across sales and marketing. You will collaborate on product and service development, conduct market and customer research, and build relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. The role involves setting and tracking key performance metrics, managing budgets and resources, and supporting fundraising or investment discussions as needed.



You will work closely with other team members to establish a strong company culture, improve internal processes, and ensure alignment between business goals and execution. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
• Effective communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder management, and external representation of the company.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, including pipeline development, client relationship management, and closing deals.
• Marketing skills in planning and executing campaigns, developing brand positioning, and understanding digital channels.
• Research skills for assessing market opportunities, competitor landscapes, and customer needs.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, startups, or early-stage ventures is highly beneficial.
• Ability to take ownership, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
