Key Responsibilities
• Design and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) and appraisal processes.
• Drive organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.
• Lead leadership development and employee capability-building programs.
• Design and implement training programs across multiple locations.
• Manage change management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle HRMS/HRIS implementation and performance management modules.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to align people strategies with business goals. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
• Full time MBA in HR/HR-related specialization from a reputed B-school.
• 10–12 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong expertise in PMS, OD, L&D;, and leadership development.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS implementation or administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in multi-location organizations is preferred.
