We’re Hiring: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Cornerstone Rehab Services | Bengaluru, Karnataka Are you passionate about supporting children’s communication, language development and participation? Join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team at Cornerstone Therapy Solutions. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to work with children with diverse communication and developmental needs in a collaborative, family-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct speech, language and communication assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
* Provide evidence-informed therapy to support children’s communication, language, speech and social communication skills.
* Develop individualized goals and document progress through session notes, reports and periodic reviews.
* Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support generalization of skills at home and in everyday environments.
* Work closely with occupational therapists and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Participate in parent consultations, team discussions and professional development activities. Qualifications
* BASLP or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing, as applicable to professional eligibility.
* Relevant professional registration, where required.
* Solid communication, clinical documentation and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred. Freshers with a strong interest in pediatric practice may also apply.
