Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the development of architectural concepts, design proposals, and project layouts.
• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Support the preparation of 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to collect measurements, photographs, and relevant project information.
• Assist in reviewing building plans, design specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to support design development.
• Research building materials, construction methods, design trends, and sustainable architectural solutions.
• Help ensure design proposals align with project requirements, applicable building codes, and relevant regulations.
• Update drawings and design documents based on feedback from clients, architects, and project teams.
• Assist with preparing presentation boards, design reports, and materials for client meetings.
• Support the preparation of planning submissions and other project documentation under the guidance of qualified professionals.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, specifications, and design files.
• Monitor project progress and assist with coordinating design deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve design functionality, space utilization, and visual quality.




• Stay informed about architectural software, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. ✅ Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in architectural design or drafting is an advantage, but entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications may apply.
• Familiarity with architectural drawing principles, building layouts, and design documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with software such as Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling tools is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of building materials, construction methods, and architectural standards.
• Strong visual communication, spatial awareness, and design interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when preparing drawings and documents.
