We're Hiring Relationship Manager Job Purpose:
- The purpose of this role is to acquire new clients and enhance engagement with existing clients by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions based on their financial goals, risk appetite, and return expectations, while achieving the revenue targets of the branch. Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and increase engagement with existing clients by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions.
• Conduct daily sales calls with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and investment objectives.
• Recommend suitable investment products and solutions based on clients requirements, financial goals, and risk appetite.
• Conduct timely and regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Expand the client base through new client acquisition, referrals, and relationship building to grow AUM/AUA for the branch.
• Help clients achieve their financial goals through a range of products, including Mutual Funds, Retirement Planning, General Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, PMS, AIFs, and other financial products.
• Cross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services to existing clients and keep them updated on primary and secondary market trends.




• Conduct regular marketing and client engagement activities in coordination with the Branch Marketing and Product teams to showcase products, generate leads, and support business growth. Desired Candidate Profile
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Financial Planning, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of investment products and financial markets.
• Pleasing personality with a strong client-centric approach.
• Candidates with NISM Mutual Fund Advisory, CFP, CWM, or other relevant certifications will have an added advantage. Perks & Advantages
