• Lead requirement workshops with clients, perform fit-gap analysis against out-of-box capabilities, and convert needs into functional specs, user stories, and technical designs.
• Design and build ServiceNow solutions hands-on, owning technical quality from design to go-live.
• Own solution estimation, provide sprint planning inputs, and manage deployments, upgrades, and post-production support.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 developers through task allocation, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients — run status calls and demos, handle escalations, and manage scope and change requests with the PM.
• Coordinate UAT, triage defects, and drive deliverables to sign-off and go-live.
• Maintain technical documentation and proactively recommend platform improvements to clients.
• 6–8 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• At least 4 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations delivered as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
• Proven experience leading a development team and working directly with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication,



with the confidence to lead client meetings independently.
• Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against tight deadlines.
