About the Role
As a Mandate Sales Specialist, you will own the sale of properties held under exclusive mandates, from positioning and marketing through to negotiation and closure. You will act as the trusted advisor to both mandate holders and prospective buyers, and you will help build the team’s sales capability through training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for exclusive mandate properties, from buyer engagement and site visits through to negotiation and closure
• Deliver results under pressure, balancing multiple mandates, competing priorities and tight timelines without compromising quality
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers and mandate holders, providing regular progress updates
• Prepare and present accurate, insight-led reports on pipeline, mandate performance, buyer activity and sales outcomes for leadership and mandate holders
• Position and present mandate properties effectively to qualified buyers and investors
• Drive sales activity in line with defined targets, with disciplined pipeline tracking
• Negotiate pricing and terms to protect client interests and achieve successful outcomes




• Identify and secure new mandates to expand the firm’s exclusive portfolio
• Design and deliver training sessions to strengthen the team’s sales and client-handling capabilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications and SkillsEssential
• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to deliver effective training sessions Preferred
• Prior experience in real estate, ideally with exclusive mandates or channel sales
• Established network among property owners, developers or investors in Bengaluru
