Role Description The Deputy Manager – Feedstock Procurement and Supply is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end feedstock procurement, including supplier identification, evaluation, and onboarding to support production and sustainability goals. The Deputy Manager will plan and execute feedstock supply strategies, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-assured material availability. Daily activities include conducting market and price analysis,



preparing and negotiating contracts, tracking supplier performance, and mitigating supply risks. The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement documentation, supporting compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing processes and cost optimization. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement, Feedstock sourcing, and supply planning.
• Candidates should possess Supplier Evaluation and vendor assessment skills to ensure quality, reliability, and sustainability.
• Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable, compliant agreements.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for cost analysis, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Relevant experience in automotive, manufacturing, energy, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other procurement tools.
• Graduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification in supply chain or procurement is an advantage.
