About the Company
DataShastra Technologies Private Limited builds technology-driven solutions, intelligent platforms, and SaaS products for the logistics industry. It is the new technology arm of Oorjaa, focused on monetizing our proprietary tech assets (TMS SaaS, Stocksense, Yeloplate). Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and drive projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have robust project management skills, hands-on experience with Agile tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and deliver medium to large-sized projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Drive Agile practices, including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to align project goals and priorities.
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Use Agile project management tools to manage backlogs, track tasks, monitor progress,



and generate reports.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Continuously improve project management processes and team productivity. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Project Management or Product Management, working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and project management practices.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large-sized projects.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and UX teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have 1) Educational background or coursework in Computer Science or a related technical field. 2) Scrum Master, Scrum Coach, or other relevant Agile certifications. 3) Previous experience working in a product-based organization.
