Experience:
5–8 Years Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Program Lead to manage day-to-day programme operations, coordinate with government stakeholders, supervise field implementation teams, and ensure effective execution and monitoring of tourism development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of tourism schemes and programmes across assigned locations.
• Act as the primary point of contact between departmental officials, Principal Staff, and field teams.
• Supervise Field Implementation Officers, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Track programme progress, implementation quality, milestones, and deliverables.
• Consolidate field-level data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and periodic progress updates.
• Oversee beneficiary verification, documentation, data accuracy, and timely submission of reports.
• Conduct periodic field visits to assess implementation progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Coordinate with government departments,



local authorities, community institutions, and implementing agencies.
• Identify implementation bottlenecks, manage escalations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate review meetings, maintain action trackers, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Public Administration, Tourism, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, programme implementation, government consulting, or development-sector projects.
• Experience in managing field teams and coordinating with government departments.
• Robust knowledge of MIS reporting, project monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel for field monitoring and stakeholder coordination. Preferred: Prior experience working with government PMUs, tourism projects, or beneficiary-oriented government schemes.
