The Engineer will work on designing, developing, and improving technical systems, components, or products aligned with the company’s innovation goals. Daily responsibilities may include reviewing engineering specifications, participating in technical analysis, supporting testing and validation, preparing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and operations. The role involves troubleshooting issues, proposing design or process improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and performance standards.



The Engineer is expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support timely project execution. Qualifications
• Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or related discipline) and a solid foundation in core engineering principles.
• Proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools (such as CAD software, simulation tools, or similar), with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience or familiarity with product development, testing, and validation processes, including problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and project deadlines effectively.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present technical information in a structured manner.
