In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end lease administration, financial reconciliations, and property accounting across a commercial and residential Canadian real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Yardi Voyager for lease abstraction and property tracking, paired with proficiency in QuickBooks for general ledger and accounting synchronizations. This position directly supports North American stakeholders during Canadian business hours. Core Responsibilities — Lease Administration & Accounting Lease Abstraction & Data Setup: Review, abstract, and input complex Canadian commercial and residential lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and side letters into Yardi Voyager with 100% precision. QuickBooks Accounting Integration: Perform monthly tenant billing, record rent receipts, manage accounts receivable (AR), and reconcile property transactions between Yardi and QuickBooks systems. CAM & Operating Cost Reconciliations: Assist in annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM), tax, and insurance budget calculations, reconciliations, and tenant recovery audits according to lease agreements. Critical Date Tracking: Maintain comprehensive schedules for lease expirations, rent escalations, security deposit releases, option notifications, and tenant rights, issuing timely alerts to Canadian Asset Managers. Tenant & Vendor Ledger Management: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, manage delinquency reports, issue formal demand notices, and track tenant payment adjustments in real-time. Financial Reporting & Auditing: Prepare monthly lease roll reports, occupancy schedules, rent roll variations, and revenue forecasts for leadership review.



Required Software Expertise Yardi Voyager: Advanced knowledge of Lease Setup, Rent Rolls, Charge Schedules, and Property Management Modules. QuickBooks (Online/Desktop): Hands-on proficiency in Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, Chart of Accounts, and Ledger Reconciliations.
