Company Description Celestia Money is a newly formed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) based in Bengaluru, focused initially on providing Gold Loans across Karnataka. The organization has plans to expand into additional products and geographies over time, offering long-term growth opportunities for team members. Celestia Money is led by Managing Director & CEO Mr. Rajeev Yadav, who brings extensive experience from senior leadership roles in prominent small finance banks. The company is actively hiring across HR, Sales, Operations, and Technology, with a preference for individuals who have prior Gold Loan experience and can work from Bengaluru/Karnataka. Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and growing customer relationships for Gold Loan and other lending products. This role includes engaging with customers in branch and field settings, explaining product features, completing loan documentation, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. The Relationship Manager will handle customer queries, follow up on leads, support collections where needed, and maintain accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.



The role also involves collaborating with branch staff and other internal teams to achieve sales targets, improve portfolio quality, and promote Celestia Money’s services in the local market. Qualifications
• Customer relationship and service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
• Sales and business development capabilities, such as prospecting, cross-selling loan products, and meeting branch-level targets.
• Operational and documentation skills related to loan processing, KYC verification, and adherence to NBFC policies and compliance norms.
• Knowledge of Gold Loan products, basic credit assessment, and familiarity with local market dynamics in Bengaluru/Karnataka.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with readiness for field visits and adaptable work hours when required.
• Prior experience in Gold Loans, retail lending, or NBFC/banking operations is highly beneficial.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; finance, business, or related fields are an advantage.
