About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Production Specialist – Sweets to ensure smooth and efficient production operations while maintaining product quality, food safety, production targets, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores, HR, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, CIP/COP, and housekeeping practices.
• Drive process improvement, yield optimization, and wastage reduction.
• Maintain production records, SOP compliance, and MIS reports.
• Support current product development, recipe standardization, and product quality improvements.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.




• Ensure timely SAP entries and product availability for dispatch.
• Train shop-floor employees on production processes, quality, and food safety. Required Skills and Qualification:
• Knowledge of sweet manufacturing and processing techniques.
• Understanding of production planning, batch preparation, and process control.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and quality management systems.
• Experience in yield improvement, cost control, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and production documentation.
