10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ? Working Days: Monday to Saturday ? Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, interviews, on-boarding, and employee documentation.
* Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
* Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
* Prepare HR MIS reports, analyze workforce data, and present insights to management.
* Coordinate performance appraisals, training, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
* Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws, Rajasthan regulations, PF, ESI, and POSH requirements.
* Maintain HR policies, statutory records,



and confidential employee information.
* Improve HR processes and support management in building a productive workplace.

Requirements:
* Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
* Relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
* Solid communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, HR reporting, and HRMS tools.
* Practical knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
