Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Patna. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify potential educator and creator clients, conduct product demonstrations, and clearly explain how Creators Mind™ solutions support brand-building and monetization. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, negotiating terms, closing deals, and maintaining solid, long-term client relationships. The role also involves gathering feedback from customers,



collaborating with marketing and product teams, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while representing the company in a professional, consultative manner. Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B or SaaS sales preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Comfort with technology platforms, including apps, desktop software, and digital tools for demonstrations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both in-person and over phone/video.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online education ecosystems is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in EdTech, software, or services for educators and creators is an advantage.
