Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support client acquisition across Smarkupp Studios’ service offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and industry research, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, and maintaining structured communication with leads through calls, emails, and meetings. The role also involves collaborating closely with the marketing and strategy teams to align outreach efforts with campaign objectives and service capabilities, tracking progress in CRM tools, and contributing to proposals and pitch decks. The associate is expected to maintain strong professional relationships, represent the brand effectively in client interactions, and support ongoing account growth. Qualifications

• Proficiency in presentation skills and creating engaging presentations and pitch materials.
• Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced agency workplace with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative services is highly beneficial.
